Shipping Policy

Craft Edges makes two kinds of things, and they ship differently.

Ready to ship pieces

These are finished items already in our workshop: trays, spoons, bowls, boxes, calligraphy, desk pieces and other small handmade goods.

Dispatched within 3 to 5 working days of your order
Delivery after dispatch: 3 to 4 working days within Punjab, 5 to 7 working days elsewhere in Pakistan
Free delivery on orders of Rs 5,000 and above. Below that, a flat Rs 200 anywhere in Pakistan

Made to order furniture

Live edge tables, epoxy and resin pieces, branch lamps and anything built to your specification.

Production takes 45 to 60 days. Epoxy and resin need time to cure properly and we will not rush it, because a piece that is rushed will fail later
Your piece is dispatched as soon as it is finished
Delivery is quoted separately once the piece is complete, because the cost depends on its size, weight and your address. Nothing is charged for delivery at checkout
We will always confirm the delivery cost with you before dispatch

Couriers and tracking

We use established cargo and courier companies and choose the one best suited to the size of your order. You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Delivery addresses

Please give a complete address and a phone number that is reachable during the day. Orders returned to us because nobody could be reached may incur a second delivery charge.
