Choosing a size

A 14 inch clock suits a bedroom, a study or a smaller living room wall. An 18 inch piece is a focal point and reads clearly across a large room or a hall. Measure your wall space first and allow clear space around the clock so the carved detail is not crowded.

Movement and batteries

Each clock uses a standard quartz movement and runs on a single AA battery, which is not included. The movement is silent sweep where stated, so there is no ticking in a quiet room.

Care

Dust with a soft dry brush, working into the carved lettering. Keep the clock off damp walls and out of long direct sunlight. Avoid sprays and chemical cleaners on the wood face.

Made by hand

The wooden faces are cut and carved by hand, so grain, colour and finish vary from one clock to the next.
