Refund policy
At Craft Edges, every product is made specifically for our clients based on their selected design, size, and finish. Since all our furniture is customized and crafted on demand, we do not offer general returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed.
We strongly request our clients to carefully review and finalize all product details, including specifications mentioned in the quotation, before placing the order. Each piece is uniquely created and cannot be reused or resold.
Damages and Issues
We take great care in delivering our products; however, we request you to inspect your order at the time of delivery.
If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or not as per the confirmed specifications, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly share clear photos or videos so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Based on the case, Craft Edges reserves the right to repair, replace the affected part, or offer a suitable resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
All customized and made-to-order furniture items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
We also do not accept returns on:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
As all products are customized, exchanges are not applicable. Any new requirement will be treated as a separate order.
International Orders (European Union)
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers may be entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under applicable laws.
However, this may not apply to customized or made-to-order items. Each case will be reviewed based on the nature of the product and applicable regulations.
Refunds
Refunds are not applicable once the order has been confirmed and production has started.
In case of approved claims related to damage or defects, any resolution (repair, replacement, or partial refund if applicable) will be communicated after review.
