We take great care to ensure that your furniture arrives in perfect condition. However, if an item is damaged or defective during delivery, we will replace the item free of charge. Please inspect your items upon delivery and report any damages or defects to our customer service team within 48 hours. We may ask for photos or other evidence of the damage to help us quickly resolve the issue. Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns, except in cases where an item is damaged or defective during delivery.
