Delivery is free on every order over Rs 3,000, anywhere in Pakistan. Below that it is a flat Rs 250. There is nothing extra to pay on arrival beyond the order total.

Orders leave our Lahore workshop within 3 to 5 working days. After dispatch, delivery takes 3 to 4 days within Punjab and 5 to 7 days to other parts of Pakistan.

You will get a tracking number by SMS and email as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier.

You can pay cash on delivery, or in advance by bank transfer. If you would rather pay in advance, message us on WhatsApp at +92 329 1740669 and we will send you the details.

Yes. We send a short WhatsApp message to confirm your address and what you have ordered before anything is dispatched. It takes a moment to reply and it saves a parcel going to the wrong place.

We guarantee that the coating will be resistant to stains of wine, coffee, tea, and other liquids. But we don't guarantee that scratches and cuts will not appear on the tabletop, because such damage can occur even on metal.

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send clear photos of the piece and the packaging it came in. If it was damaged in transit or left our workshop faulty, we will replace it or refund you in full, and we cover the return shipping.

Please keep the original packaging until the matter is settled, as the courier may need to see it.

We do not offer change of mind returns. Every piece is made by hand in small numbers, so we ask you to read the sizes and the photographs carefully before ordering. If you are unsure about a size, a finish or how a piece will look in your room, message us first and we will help.

Faulty or damaged pieces are a different matter and are always covered. See the question above.

No. Natural cracks, knots and colour changes in solid wood are not defects, they are how the material grows. Two pieces of the same design will never be identical, and the grain and tone of your piece will be slightly its own. This is the character you are buying rather than a flaw.

Once we have approved a return and the piece is back with us, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days. Bank transfers usually land the same week. Gift cards are not refundable.

Two things. Handmade wooden homeware and decor, which is carved serving trays, jewellery and watch boxes, spice boxes, bowls, kitchen tools, Islamic calligraphy wall art and clocks. And live edge and resin furniture, which is dining tables, coffee tables and console pieces built around a single slab.

Everything is made by our own artisans in Lahore and Sillanwali

Mostly sheesham, which is Indian rosewood, for carved and inlaid pieces, because it takes fine detail and lasts for decades. We also work in acacia, walnut and olive wood where the grain suits the design better. Each product page names the wood used.

On our resin and epoxy finished pieces, the coating is resistant to stains from coffee, tea and other liquids. It is not guaranteed against scratches and cuts, so please do not cut directly on a finished surface.

Solid wood pieces without a resin coating will last for years if you follow the care instructions on the product page.

Wipe it with a soft cloth, dry or barely damp. Keep it out of direct sunlight, away from heat, and never leave it sitting in water. Do not soak it and do not put it in a dishwasher. Every few months, rub in a little wood polish to bring the natural shine back.

Yes. Solid brass wire is set by hand into channels cut in the wood, then sanded flush so the metal sits level with the grain. Brass darkens slowly with age, which most people prefer. A light polish brings it back if you would rather keep it bright.

Yes to both. We take custom pieces in a size, wood or finish you choose, and we do bulk orders for corporate gifting and weddings, including engraving and branded packaging. Custom and bespoke pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, since they are made to your brief.

Yes. Our Gift Sets & Bundles collection has ready made sets of trays, nesting jewellery boxes and curated combinations for weddings, desks, kitchens and dry fruit gifting. Every set is priced below the cost of buying the pieces separately, and all of them qualify for free delivery.

Each table is built around one slab of wood, so no two are the same and sizes vary slightly from the listing. Production takes 45 to 60 days, most of which is the resin curing properly, and that cannot be rushed without weakening the finish.

Furniture delivery is quoted separately once we know your city, because a slab table needs different handling from a parcel. You are not charged anything for furniture delivery at checkout.
