Choosing a size

Small trays, around 11 inches, suit a tea for two or a bedside tray. Medium, around 13 inches, is the everyday size for snacks and chai. Large, 14 inches and up, carries a full tea service or dinner for the family. Many people buy the set of three and nest them when not in use.

Caring for your tray

Wipe with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth, never soak the wood, and keep it out of the dishwasher. A little wood polish every few months keeps the grain rich. For brass details, buff gently with a dry cloth and skip chemical cleaners.
